To find the words "tenacious" and "aggressive" used to describe a lawyer would surprise few, for there are any number of so-described attorneys practicing today. The field narrows considerably, however, when you add the words, "integrity" and "thoughtful" to the description. Brian Don Levy embodies all four terms.

In my search to find a lawyer to handle my divorce, I hired and fired one attorney and mutually separated from a second. My field is entertainment and my ex-wife retained a well-regarded, Century City- attorney who specializes in the nuances of the area. Well-intentioned advisors suggested that I do the same, as anything but a Hollywood-seasoned, hired gun would be hopelessly out of his element. This was the best advice I never heeded.

I not only followed my own instincts and stayed local, but took the recommendation of a competing attorney to talk to Mr. Brian Levy. One meeting was all I needed to feel confident that I now possessed the armament needed for the battle ahead. He did not disappoint.

My high praise for Mr. Levy comes only with concurrent commendation for his courteous and efficient office staff, managed by Ms. Gail (Levy). In 1991, I was in need of a Divorce Attorney. I was recommended to an attorney who specialized in "Asset settlement". After one meeting with my ex-wife's attorney, my attorney told me that my ex-wife was not going to settle right away. He stated that he does not do long drawn out cases and he would recommend another attorney. That information cost me $3,500.00.

My second attorney during our first meeting told me not to worry, that he was an excellent attorney and that my case would be handled immediately. What he failed to tell me is that my case and all his others would be scheduled around his vacation time and golf time. It seemed that after a few weeks this attorney had a lot of golfing to catch up on. I terminated this attorney after paying him over $5,000.00.

Now, $8,500.00 later, I was in desperate need of excellent attorney. My ex-wife was enjoying my pain. I called my corporate attorney and he insisted that I call the Law Offices of Brian Don Levy. I was assured by my corporate attorney that if he needed a divorce lawyer that he would call Mr. Levy.

I did call Mr. Levy and setup an appointment. I knew immediately that I should have called Mr. Levy first. He understood right away what I needed done. He assured me that he would handle my case as if it was his own.

My divorce did take a long time, but not because of Mr. Levy. He and his staff were always prepared for my court appearances. Never any excuses. They would do the job and do it right the first time. During my many trips to court, I have seen opposing counsel unprepared and uninformed.

Mr. Levy always had the right questions and always knew the right answers. He does his best work in court. Never afraid and never intimidated by opposing counsel. I always felt comfortable with Mr. Levy while in court. I knew that he knew the law. I was always given my choices whether or not I liked them. That's the way the Law offices of Brian Don Levy works. They give it to you straight. In the end, it is always the client choice to make the decisions.

Mr. Levy helped me get just about everything that I wanted from my divorce. My attorney fees were not small, but in the end you get what you pay for. Mr. Levy's fees compared to my results made it all worth while.

During the time of my divorce, I have got to know Mr. Levy and his staff. They took my case personally and fought it out till the bitter end. I am glad that my divorce is over. There were times that I thought it would never end. But looking back I only made one mistake. I should have hired the Law offices of Brian Don Levy first !!!. I hope that I never need the services of Mr. Levy again, but should I do, I would not hesitate to call upon him again to do what he does best.

I have seen your web site and was of a mind to send a comment or two about how well you represented me in my divorce, particularly in the difficult matter over custody and visitation.
